Yes Sir Boss

....I managed to play with Yes Sir Boss! Finally - after years since they first asked me if I'd be interested - they played at my friends Tim and Jess's wedding and I launched on to the stage during their encore. I decided I would regret it if I didn't as it was their last gig with their current line up as drummer Lewis is off to pursue a different route. You can and should catch them this summer as they are a terrific band and a lovely bunch of people too.

The superbly fun three days of the Chaos Weekender always lives up to its name. The event is primaly a fund-raiser by the Green Man Motorcycle Club. With an outside stage, a tented bar and main stage and the achronistic Peace Tent, the three stages of live music is what many of the younger attendees are really there for. There is always bikes around though, from the really cherished polished show cased jewels to the Ratbikes, post apocaliptic working sculptures, equally loved.
Music wise, bands from Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney and the UK, all pile in to put a mix of rock, old-man-cock-rock, blues, punk-a-like, shouty, growly, folk, solo accoustic guitar, DJs and all sorts of music bikers like.

Anyway I'll be going again this year with another DJ spot and hopefully some trombone playing in there, somewhere.
